PLM is simply put, me. Priest Lee McLane.
Early in 2008 I had suffered a career ending injury to my back and found myself trying to support a family. I am just a typical rough-neck biker turned Internet Marketer. I was first introduced to Wealthy Affiliate in May 2008. Prior to that I struggled with a work related back injury that had limited me to what type of work I could do and found myself stressed out with bills and wondering how I would earn for my family.
With five kids to feed and a stressed out wife, I turned to the Internet for answers. I've been scammed and ripped off plenty of times during my search for a home based business. If you've heard of it, the chances are that I have either bought it, or know about it and have done the research to expose the scams they truly are. I know enough now to know better, and only then was I able to help others not make the same mistakes that I once did. I became passionate about exposing rip offs, helping people just like me earn money online, and giving the "no holds barred" truth about money making programs and "guru secrets" or "magic tricks" that people are bombarded with by, for the lack of a better word... bullshit artists!
My Background...
I've always considered myself to be a simple family man who works hard and earns a living for the American dream. My wife and kids have always been who and what I live my life for. All other things come second.
I finished high school in 1990 and went on to college to take some courses and earn certificates for various things. I had become a firefighter paramedic before long and found very quickly that I did not enjoy the type of industry and career as a paramedic. I have a high respect for any man or woman that earns a living in this industry. It was just not my cup of tea.
Throughout my life I have enjoyed many different careers that were mostly in the construction field and heavy equipment operator positions, including the very last job I had as a communication tower climber for a microwave company. I've been very privileged to be a part of some high profile contracts my company worked on for the city, county and feds during my time with them in the communications industry.
I loved my job and loved the very exciting nature of working in the worlds deadliest job. It takes a special kind of person to work with a crew of unique individuals and risk your life for this kind of work. My wife always hated the job but it put bread on the table and that was the basic principle.
Working At Home Now...
Now I travel down a road that is even more exciting as an Internet Marketer. I am home with my family and get to spend time with my kids and wife more then I ever have before. I have my good days ...and I have my bad days. Internet Marketing can be likened to the very same analogy of these good and bad days I experience with my back pain. It's all part of the learning curve and getting to the point of seeing what life has in store for me next.
I decided to present affiliate marketers with a comprehensive site for all the tools and resources I myself use. Everything I promote here is something that I myself use personally. That is my guarantee to you. There is a reason that I make this point. As my guarantee, it is relevant to what has always been my style and my no bullshit reputation that has quickly earned me the online presence of "PLM" and "that internet marketing biker guy".
My methods might be blunt and my characteristics may find some folks as offensive. But that's who I am and I will always tell it like it is. You can have the satisfaction of knowing that.
This is what I stand for and it's my reputation for which I am known. Take no shit, and give no bullshit. I earn my living online as an Internet Marketer putting food on the table for my family. And I'd love to help you do the same.
That's who I am, and that's what I'm all about.
